Converting to a lump sum is fast and easy if we receive the paperwork as complete as possible. Here’s a list of what we need. The sooner we have all of the documentation the sooner we can close! Send us the items as outlined below:

Mortgages & Land Contracts
Annuities, Settlements & Awards
Original Note and Mortgage Release/Settlement Agreement
Closing Statement Annuity Policy
Fire Insurance Policy Court Judgment
Title Insurance Policy Copy of Most Recent Check
Payor Background/Pay History Certificate of Award

What we will do for you:
Once we receive the documents, we will provide (in writing) an estimate of the approximate amount of the lump-sum payment. Two options will be available for your consideration. Please feel free to call one of our funding specialists with any questions you may have. We charge no fees of any kind to provide you with this information.

After you select the option which best meets your needs and the paperwork is returned to our office, a closing date is scheduled. A typical purchase, depending on the type of income stream, will close in about two to eight weeks.
